Orders & Payments

  • All orders are considered confirmed only after successful payment verification.

  • For manual UPI payments, orders will be processed once payment details are received and verified.

  • Orders placed but not paid for within 24 hours may be automatically cancelled.

Cancellations & Modifications

  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or modified.

  • Please ensure all order details are correct before completing your purchase.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Delivery timelines typically range from 3–7 business days, depending on location.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control.

  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

Returns, Refunds & Damages

  • Due to the nature of our products, returns or exchanges are not accepted, unless the item received is damaged or defective.

  • Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • A clear unboxing video (from opening the package to showing the damage) is mandatory for damage claims.

  • Upon verification, a replacement or refund will be provided at our discretion.

  • Minor color or design variations due to screen settings are not considered defects.

  • We strive to display product details and colors as accurately as possible.

  • Slight variations may occur due to lighting, screen differences, or production processes.

GST & Invoicing

  • GST details will be provided on the tax invoice, where applicable.

  • Prices displayed on the website are inclusive/exclusive of GST as mentioned at checkout.
