Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item received is damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us assist you quickly, we require:

  • A clear unboxing video (from opening the package to showing the damage) and

  • Photos of the damaged product, if applicable.

The video is mandatory and helps us verify the issue accurately.

Resolution

Once the damage is verified, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • A replacement or

  • A refund to the original payment method.

Please note that minor variations in color or design due to screen settings are not considered defects.

Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:

  • Damage reported without an unboxing video

  • Requests made after 48 hours of delivery

  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer

  • Change of mind or preference

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once placed. Kindly ensure all details are correct before confirming your order.
